BRIDES:
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss the perfect hairstyle for your big day. We’ll talk through your dress, wedding theme, and venue to create a bridal look that feels personal, polished, and picture-perfect. A breakdown of our bridal service packages will be sent upon receiving your enquiry. Please note: Travel fees are not included in the listed prices and will be calculated based on your location.
SALON APPOINTMENTS:
Appointments is best made via our online booking form but you can also WhatsApp, or call on +447432038608. Please provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your booking and send reminders.
Deposits
A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
At Molola Bade, your health and well-being are our top priority. We follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for every client.
1. PPE Use – Your hairstylist will wear appropriate personal protective equipment during your appointment for added safety.
2. Feeling Unwell? – If you’re feeling unwell, have cold or flu-like symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who is unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
3. Sanitisation Between Clients – A minimum 30-minute gap is scheduled between appointments to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfection of tools and the salon space.
4. Hand Washing on Arrival – Clients are asked to wash or sanitise their hands upon arrival.
5. Pre-Appointment Check-In – We may contact you before your appointment to confirm and check in about any recent symptoms or potential exposure.
6. Solo Attendance – To maintain a calm and safe environment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.
If you need to bring a guest or child, please contact us in advance to discuss—exceptions can be made with notice.
